Roommate Selection Steps for First-Year Students, Academic Year 2026.

1. System Login: Access the Roommate Selection System

2. Select Room Type: Choose your preferred dormitory rate/price tier.

3. Enter Roommate Information:

For Groups (2–4 people): Assign one representative to enter the Student IDs of all members in the group.
For Individuals: If you do not have a specific roommate, you must still log in to the system to submit your own information and follow the steps.

4. Select Building & Room: Choose an available dormitory building and room number.

5. Review & Confirm: Verify all information before saving.

If correct: Confirm and save your data.
If the room is full: The system will not be able to save; please return to the previous step and select a different building or room.

6. Check Results: Verify your placement details and dormitory information according to the University’s official announcement schedule.

Notes

Group formation: Students are permitted to form their own groups to select roommates.
Self-Selection: Students have the right to personally select their preferred dormitory building and room number.
Room Occupancy Policy: In cases where a room is not filled to its maximum capacity, the University reserves the right to assign other students to fill the remaining vacant slots.
