Dormitory Check-in Schedule For First Year Students, Academic Year 2026

For students enrolled in Intensive Chinese: IC

• June 25 – 28, 2026
• D1 Building Room 117
• 8 AM -  4 PM

For students enrolled in Intensive English: IE and IE for English Majors

• July 3 – 5, 2026
• Assigned Dormitory
• 8 AM – 5 PM

For all students who are not enrolled in IC, IE, or IEE

• July 24 – 26, 2026
• Assigned Dormitory
• 8 AM – 5 PM

Notes:

1. Students arriving at the dormitory after 5 pm. You may notify the dormitory security guard with showing the ID card upon arrival and proceed with the official check-in the following day.
2. During the specified check-in period, for Intensive English students (IE, IEE) and all other students who are not studying IC, IE, or IEE if you encounter any issues regarding dormitory reservations, please contact the staff at the following service points:
   • Student Dormitory Division, Building D1, Room 117: For students in Zone F and Sakthong dormitories.
   • Lamduan 5 Dormitory: For students in the Lamduan Zone dormitories.

Required Documents for Check-in

1. Dormitory Check-in Form: (Downloadable from the roommate selection system).
2. 1-inch Photo: (Straight face, wearing polite attire).
3. Copy of Passport: Including the page with the most recent visa stamp.
