1. กรณีนักศึกษารวมกลุ่มกันมากกว่า 2-4 คน ให้เลือกตัวแทน 1 คน เข้าระบบฯ เพื่อกรอกข้อมูลชื่อ – นามสกุล และ รหัสนักศึกษาของทุกคนที่ต้องการพักร่วมกัน
   In the case of more than 2-4 students grouping together, select 1 person to log in to the system to fill in names and student ID of every student in a room.
2. กรณีนักศึกษายังไม่มีเพื่อนร่วมห้องที่ต้องการพักร่วมกัน นักศึกษาจะต้องเข้าระบบฯ เพื่อกรอกข้อมูลของตนเอง หลังจากนั้น ระบบจะสุ่มห้องให้อัตโนมัติ
   In the case that student do not have roommates yet, Students must log in to the system to fill in your own information. After that, the system will automatically randomize room.

#2 เลือกอัตราค่าหอพัก และ กรอกข้อมูล ชื่อ-สกุล และ รหัสนักศึกษาของทุกคนในห้องพัก
Choose room type and fill in names and students’ ID of everyone in the room

#3 ตรวจสอบข้อมูลให้ถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน จากนั้นกดปุ่ม confirm
Make sure to check the info completely the press confirm button

นักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 1 รหัสนักศึกษา 673XXX สามารถเลือกเพื่อนร่วมห้อง และ อัตราค่าหอพักได้ ดังนี้
First year students, student ID 673XXX can choose roommates and dormitory rates as follows;

หมายเหตุ

1. มหาวิทยาลัยจะดำเนินการจัดสรรหอพัก-ห้องพักให้นักศึกษา โดยใช้ระบบ random
   The university will arrange dormitories and rooms to students using the Random system.
2. เนื่องจากหอพักแต่ละประเภทมีจำนวนจำกัด หากประเภทห้องพักที่นักศึกษาได้เลือกไว้เต็ม มหาวิทยาลัยขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการจัดสรรประเภทห้องพักปกติให้กับนักศึกษา
   Due to the limited number of each type of dormitories. If the room type that student has chosen is full, the university reserves the right to arrange a regular room type to students.

Q1:    นักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 1 จำเป็นที่จะต้องพักอยู่ในหอพักภายในมหาวิทยาลัย หรือไม่?
Are first year students required to stay in the university’s dormitory or not?
A1:    มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง มีนโยบายให้นักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 1 ทุกคน พักอยู่ในหอพักภายในมหาวิทยาลัย ยกเว้น นักศึกษาที่พ้นสภาพกลับเข้าศึกษา (นักศึกษา RE-ID) เท่านั้น
    Mae Fah Luang University has a policy for all first year students to stay in university’s dormitory, except for RE-ID students only.

A2:    The Roommate Selection System เป็นเว็บไซต์เพื่อให้นักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 1 ทุกคนเข้าระบบเลือกเพื่อนร่วมห้อง รวมถึงเลือกประเภทอัตราค่าหอพักที่ต้องการด้วยเช่นกัน
The Roommate Selection System is a website for first year students to select roommates. Including choosing the type of dormitory rates as well.

Q3:    ระบบ The Roommate Selection System นั้น นักศึกษาจะต้องเข้าทุกคนหรือไม่?
Do all students have to enter The Roommate Selection System?
A3:    - กรณีนักศึกษารวมกลุ่มกันมากกว่า 2-4 คน ให้เลือกตัวแทน 1 คน เข้าระบบฯ เพื่อกรอกข้อมูลชื่อ – นามสกุล และ รหัสนักศึกษาของทุกคนที่ต้องการพักร่วมกัน

Q4:    หากกรอกข้อมูลเสร็จสิ้นแล้ว ต้องการแก้ไขข้อมูลเพื่อเปลี่ยนเพื่อนร่วมห้อง สามารถทำได้หรือไม่?
If I have completed filling out the information, can I still edit roommates’ information?
A4:    ไม่สามารถทำในระบบออนไลน์ ผ่านระบบ The Roommate Selection System แต่นักศึกษาสามารถติดต่อเจ้าหน้าที่หอพักอีกครั้ง ในระยะเวลาที่รายงานตัวเข้าหอได้
Cannot be done online through The Roommate Selection System. However, students can contact          the dormitory officer during the period of checking-in to the dormitory.

Q5:    หากเข้าระบบ The Roommate Selection System ไม่ทันตามกำหนดการ นักศึกษาจะยังคงมีรายชื่อในการประกาศผลข้อมูลหอพักนักศึกษาหรือไม่?
If I did not log into The Roommate Selection System on time, will I still be listed in the announcement    of student dormitory?
A5:    นักศึกษาจะมีรายชื่อในหอพักของมหาวิทยาลัยอย่างแน่นอน โดยมหาวิทยาลัยจะทำการจัดสรรหอพักและห้องพักให้อัตโนมัติ ตามรายชื่อผู้ที่ยืนยันสิทธิ์เข้าศึกษาในแต่ละรอบ
Student will definitely be listed in university dormitory. The university will automatically allocate dormitory and room. According to the list of students who confirm admission each round.

Q6:    ถ้าเดินทางเข้าหอพักในมหาวิทยาลัยก่อนกำหนด หรือ ไม่ได้เรียนในรายวิชา IE / IEE หรือ IC สามารถอยู่หอพักก่อนได้หรือไม่
If I am not studying in the IE / IEE or IC course, can I enter the university dormitory before the schedule?
A6:    นักศึกษาสามารถเดินทางเข้าหอพักก่อนกำหนดได้ แต่จะมีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม (สอบถามรายละเอียดเพิ่มเติม: งานบริการที่พักอาศัย โทร. 053-917116, 053-917117)
Students can enter the dormitory before the schedule. But there will be an additional charge. (For additional information: Residential Services, tel. 053-917116, 053-917117)

Q7:    รายงานตัวเข้าหอพักที่ไหน?
Where can I report to check-in to the dormitory?
A7:    นักศึกษาสามารถรายงานตัว ณ หอพักของตนเอง ในวันเวลาที่กำหนด
Students can report at their own dormitories on the schedule.

Q8:    ผู้ปกครองสามารถเข้าไปภายในหอพักได้หรือไม่?
Can parents enter the dormitory?
A8:    วันที่รายงานตัวเข้าหอพัก ผู้ปกครองสามารถช่วยนักศึกษาขนของขึ้นหอพักได้ ได้เวลา 08.30–19.00 น. โดยจำกัด นักศึกษา 1 คน ต่อ ผู้ปกครองไม่เกิน 2 คน เพื่อลดความแออัดภายหลังการรายงานตัวเข้าหอ
On the check-in day, parents can help students carry things into the dormitory from 8:30 a.m.–7:00 p.m. Limiting 1 student to no more than 2 parents to reduce crowded in the dormitory.

Q9:    นักศึกษาสามารถเดินทางเข้าหอพัก ภายหลังกำหนดการเข้าหอพักได้หรือไม่?
Can students check-in to the dormitory after the schedule time?
A9:    นักศึกษาสามารถดำเนินการได้ ดังนี้
- วันทำการปกติ หลังเวลา 17.00 น. เป็นต้นไป ให้นักศึกษายื่นเอกสารรายงานตัว กับ รปภ. ประจำหอพัก   ของตนเอง เพื่อตรวจสอบข้อมูลก่อนเข้าพัก และจะต้องมารายงานตัวเข้าหอพัก ณ อาคาร D1 ห้อง 117    ในวันทำการถัดไป
- วันเสาร์-อาทิตย์ ให้นักศึกษายื่นเอกสารรายงานตัว กับ รปภ. ประจำหอพักของตนเอง เพื่อตรวจสอบข้อมูลก่อนเข้าพัก และจะต้องมารายงานตัวเข้าหอพัก ณ อาคาร D1 ห้อง 117 ในวันจันทร์ เวลา 08.00–16.00 น.
- On working days, after 5:00 p.m., student must submit identification documents to the security guard at your dormitory to confirm information before check-in and must report to the dormitory officer at Building D1, Room 117 next day.
- On Saturday-Sunday, student must submit identification documents to the security guard at your dormitory to confirm information before check-in and must report to the dormitory officer at Building D1, Room 117 on Monday from 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.

Q10:    หอพักนักศึกษามีเวลา เปิด-ปิด ประตูหอพักหรือไม่?
Do the student dormitory has opening and closing door times?
A10:    หอพัก เปิดเวลา 06.00 น. และ ปิดเวลา 22.30 น.
Dormitory opens at 6:00 a.m. and closes at 10:30 p.m.

Q11:     การเดินทางภายในมหาวิทยาลัยและภายนอกมหาวิทยาลัยเป็นอย่างไร?
How to travel on campus and off campus?
A11:    - ภายในมหาวิทยาลัย มีรถไฟฟ้าบริการ รับ-ส่ง นักศึกษาโดยไม่เสียค่าใช้จ่าย ให้บริการเวลา 07.00–21.00 น. ทุกวัน
- ทางเข้ามหาวิทยาลัย มีรถสองแถว หรือ รถรับจ้าง ให้บริการเวลา 08.00–20.00 น.
- Inside university, there are shuttle cars service to pick up and drop off students at no charge. Service time 07:00 a.m.–09:00 p.m. every day.
- At the entrance to the university, there are local taxi service available from 8:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.

Q12:    นักศึกษาต้องย้ายทะเบียนบ้าน เข้ามหาวิทยาลัยหรือไม่? *Thai students only
A12:    มหาวิทยาลัยมีนโยบายให้นักศึกษาแจ้งย้ายทะเบียนบ้านเข้าทะเบียนบ้านของมหาวิทยาลัย ตามระบบทะเบียนบ้านทีjมหาวิทยาลัยกำหนด ทั้งนี้ นักศึกษาสามารถย้ายกลับภูมิลำเนาเดิมได้ เมื่อสำเร็จการศึกษาตามหลักสูตร หรือ ได้รับอนุมัติให้ลาออก หรือ พ้นสภาพจากการเป็นนักศึกษาของมหาวิทยาลัย
- ประโยชน์สำหรับนักศึกษาโดยตรง ได้แก่ นักศึกษาสามารถใช้สิทธิลงคะแนนเสียงเลือกตั้ง โดยไม่ต้องเดินทางกลับภูมิลำเนา
- ประโยชน์ต่อส่วนรวม นักศึกษาและมหาวิทยาลัยมีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนาท้องถิ่นร่วมกับเทศบาลตำบล โดยหากจำนวนประชากรที่อยู่ในเทศบาลเพิ่มขึ้น จะได้รับงบประมาณในการพัฒนาท้องถิ่นให้สูงขึ้น อันจะนำมาซึ่งการพัฒนามหาวิทยาลัย เพื่อให้นักศึกษามีความเป็นอยู่ที่ดีในทุกๆ ด้านเพิ่มมากขึ้นด้วย
